Jorge Antonio is a Partner at BFT Legal and heads the Litigation and Criminal Regulatory Compliance practice areas. He has extensive experience advising and representing clients in defense and participating in the prosecution of crimes in conjunction with the agents of the Public Ministry,
Specializing in both the Accusatory and Oral System, as well as the Traditional. He has advised and represented in process, both in defense, as well as in cooperation with the Prosecutors of the Republic and of different States, various clients, both national and foreign, individuals and corporations, mainly in property crimes such as fraud, breach of trust, corruption , washing
money, fraudulent administration, dispossession of real estate, tax crimes, intellectual property and other special. It has certification granted by the SETEC (SEGOB) (Technical Secretariat of the Advisory Council for the implementation of the Criminal Justice System) in training and training of legal operators to work the Accusatory Court System. He works as a professor in the postgraduate department of the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
